POLICE REPORTS MADE AGAINST FACEBOOK VERITAS MH370, AIR CRASH SUPPORT GROUP AUSTRALIAN SHERYL KEEN & UK’S YVONNE HARRISON!

CASSA MALAYSIA made several Police Reports against the chat group in Facebook known as VERITAS MH370, Australia’s Air Crash Support Group’s Sher Keen and UK’s Yvonne Harrison for criminal intimidation and defamation.

A full and complete dossier and compilation of screenshots of the alleged malicious defamatory statements and attacks on various social media, Facebook and Twitter made against CASSA MALAYSIA Chief Dr Jacob George, his family, against former Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Tun Abdul Hj. Razak and former Defense Minister Hishamuddin Hussein and the Malaysian government are adduced to facilitate a comprehensive investigations by Malaysia’s home and foreign ministry.

The compiled dossier, a copy of which will be sent to both the Australian and UK Police would also invite feedbacks from the Australian Transport Safety Bureau (ATSB) on the legal status and scope of work of the “Air Crash Support Group.”

Questions would be posted whether Canberra is aware of the allegations contained herein in view claims that ACSG allegedly operates under the umbrella of the ATSB?

The administrators of Facebook and Twitter will also be contacted since their platforms were used in all of these malicious attacks and intimidation!

CASSA MALAYSIA has also contacted their solicitors both in Australia and the UK to assist in both civil and criminal proceedings with the assistance of the Malaysian government.

Meanwhile, several Malaysian Muslim NGOs, members of the civil society and consumer groups in support of CASSA MALAYSIA are urging the Malaysian government to intervene in the strongest terms in this matter.

‘It is important to determine who the mastermind of these malicious attacks are and whether any locals are involved in urging such despicable attacks?

This would be despicable as the majority of Malaysians support the good, professional work and role of CASSA MALAYSIA in the MH370 investigations.

And outsiders and third parties have no right to interfere in what is a Malaysian issue let alone conduct such attacks.

It is about time that the Malaysian Police conduct a thorough investigation and liaise with their counterparts both in Perth, Western Australia and the United Kingdom on the individuals in the reports to protect the rights and interests of Malaysians and the government maliciously defamed by these quarters.’

CASSA MALAYSIA this morning confirms that we will be making several Police Reports against the above three for criminal intimidation and defamation.

A compilation of screenshots of the malicious defamatory statements made against CASSA MALAYSIA Chief Dr Jacob George, his family, against former Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Tun Abdul Hj. First and foremost, it is heartwarming to be close to the thoughts, heart, emotions and under the skins of certain individuals in Australia and elsewhere, some of whom, I have never had the privilege to meet in person!

Or even to earn a new tag name – CS?

But putting that aside, who knows the huge possibilities, after all, there are so many Asian cultural narratives and stories that talk about “bitter enemies” make great lovers?

But, that is for another day and time though; Valentine’s Day is not far away?

Now let us get serious!

I record my sincere appreciation to the powers that be, in the diplomatic and intelligence fraternity, and the ‘old boys club” for your support and assistance with new Intel and the possibility of helping us with the needed assets to investigate several sites of intense interests within the NIO, Andaman and Sumatran waters both east and west!

We needed help but before this breakthrough, all that was going on was super mega bitching and bickering (2Bs)to and fro and nothing further though by the same breath everyone claims they are helping the cause?

I am motivated and these new updates are indeed encouraging though many laughed at my statements pertaining to President Putin?

We are now working hard to gather the assets to seek that illusive “credible evidence” that it is not at the SIO but rather closer, so that we can say that from day one, March 8th – the world was taken for a ride!

And one cannot do so sitting behind a lap top and bitching or going ballistics with vulgarities, either, if the objective is to document the graveyard of MH370 (9M-MRO)!

It is time to get mentally and physically prepared to get super wet and at ground zero with the very competent and equipped assets!

We are aware of the risks, the threats to life and limb as well!

The peddlers of various versions and diversions will not keep silent as they will react and we are ready for them as well!

I am aware that Jan 16th press conference spooked a wide demography and power structures!

It shocked and sent shivers down the spines of several in the corridors of power and at least one manufacturer!

I received several calls as well to stand down or watch my back!

That was only stage one!

Like I stated, we have sites of interests and “sites of interests” and it is only right to check them all out and respect the views and self-dignity of those who came forward as witnesses and shared their experience, all under oath some legally, others spiritually.

It is now time to ascertain their testimonies by physically planning to visit those sites of interests!

And eliminate them accordingly, if there is no evidence to sustain their claims.

We cannot rubbish anyone as scammers, or of ill-intent, or maliciously defame any party without first addressing their claims!

That is due process!

There is also no room for hate politics!

I want to also thank many of you who contacted us post January 16th and wanting to work alongside us now, after realizing that we are after all, on the same team except that our approach was different?

2. Mobilize our government to hold a multi religious funeral service as the Dutch government did as per MH17!
3. Lobby for a Memorial to be built at KLIA in remembrance of those we lost in MH370.
4. Make certain that those who provided intelligence or information that led to the finding of the wreckage be rewarded for their efforts!

It is reported that Samsung is a South Korean multinational electronics corporation that is publicly traded on the South Korean stock exchange.

They specialize in televisions, mobile phones, semiconductors, among other ventures.

Samsung employs over 326,000 and has been one of the top leading information technology companies by revenue since 2009. Sales on Samsung Linkedin were reported as US 196 billion.

Consumers are informed that if we have a problem with any of their products to call their Customer Service hotlines for immediate support!

Incidentally the CEO is one Yoon Boo-Keun.

My nightmare with one Samsung Washing machine started this year after it had issues supposedly on the spin.

I did what consumers would do and called the Customer Service and I have no issues with them that round, after they came and replaced some parts which I paid for!

After three weeks the Samsung washing machine played up again, this time it automatically switches off after the initial few runs of washing!

I was shocked as a single user washing just T-shirts and jeans and the occasional towels there is no heavy duty washing to create such a dilemma!

Last Tuesday, if I am not mistaken, I called again the Customer Service and updated them on my latest misfortune.

First, to my horror, I am told that help and assistance will come only a week later because of the Chinese New Year holidays though officially there is only two day public holidays in Malaysia even with the Malaysian government!

This shocked me!

It did not make sense whatsoever!

But the next best thing I could ask is how do I open a jam shut washing machine which has my clothes in perhaps at that stage half washed?

I was advised accordingly.

Fast forward a week later Feb 12th 2019 it took me, to call into Samsung Customer Service to seek confirmation whether they were indeed coming to assist with my week long complaint, after receiving a note but nothing further!

In the afternoon, I receive a call from one of the Technicians.

To cut the story short, he comes says, nothing wrong with the machine initiates a Eco wash and goes off.

Within an hour that Eco wash stalls.

I call and update him, send screenshots, he returns saying a certain parts needs to be changed, he changes them, still it works not, he states the motherboard needs to be changed but that part he does not have or it may just be some wires, as he had checked with his supervisor, and that part he does not have!

May take another 48 hours or so?

My only question to him was one on his competence!

Was he doing an elimination of core issues on his checklist or did he really know what the issue was, as this is a fairy new machine, not heavy duty used as I indicated as I am the only user!

He could not answer neither definitively assure me what were really the issues!

He assured to revert to me on the availability of the parts by late evening latest, this morning, but did not!

I took the initiative to call again Samsung Customer Service to seek updates and asked them to escalate this matter but, till now at the time of writing Samsung Malaysia has not reverted to me!

I enclose herein samples of other Customer Complaints on Samsung Washing Machines (without editing) from their websites and realize my problem with Samsung is not isolated!

As such it is only right that CASSA MALAYSIA calls upon all Malaysians to now boycott all Samsung products until my ministry – the Ministry of Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumer Affairs and MITI are updated and such matters investigated accordingly!

Now let us look at the other consumers’ complaints:

1. My machine will not drain properly. Every load I need to empty the water by the hose in the front by the filter. I call Samsung repeatedly. They tell me that is normal. They told me my hose is in too far. They told me to remove everything and redo. NOTHING works. I am out $500 for a washer that I can’t afford to replace. My laundry smells of mildew. Nothing takes the odor out regardless of what detergent we use. We properly clean the machine. Do the self-cleaning cycle and nothing. This is a problems that Samsung should be addressing. There is no way I should drain 2 cups of water after every load.

2. Washing machine under warranty, stopped working 7 weeks ago, service repair attempted to repair it twice, and on the third visit recommended Samsung replace it, told by Samsung they won’t replace it, and will repair it. Please save yourself the frustration and don’t buy Samsung. Customer service is disgusting, you can rarely get through and when you do, they say someone will call you back, and don’t call back for a week. I spoke to the case manager, who disregarded my complaint, and did not care we haven’t had a washing machine for 7 weeks and counting. I paid $1198 for a Samsung washing machine that Samsung’s repairer can’t fix and they won’t replace it. PLEASE DON’T BUY SAMSUNG.

3. We bought a Samsung washer dryer pair in July 2014 while our new home was being built. We put them in storage and installed them in Feb. 2015. Last winter, after just three years, the dryer quit. Everything we researched suggested it needed a new sensor or new “card” or something electronic. Just to get a repair company to look at it was expensive, and we knew it would need parts and another trip, so we just took it out and bought a plain jane Maytag. Nothing fancy or electronic. Today, the washer, which was one of the recalled ones, quit. The tub apparently broke loose and dropped and it kept running water in it. Had to pull soaking clothes out, then bail the water out, then just be thankful it didn’t explode or worse. Went online, found the mate to the dryer we bought last year and ordered it. No more Samsung. They costed way too much to tear up in 3 & 4 years. And just two people here so they didn’t get that much use.

4. Purchased October 2016 a brand new washer and dryer. Samsung top loader washer, dryer and the fridge have all had issues and within 26 months and a week apart the washer and dryer both have major repair issues. I am at a loss to replace. The drain pump has broken during a spin cycle and the dryer makes an awful noise. The pump for washer alone is over $100 to replace ourselves. Purchased a Samsung fridge also and the middle pull out drawer for beverages and cold meats had its own thermostat that does not work so all food is nearly frozen. Will never purchase a Samsung product in my life.

5. I bought the above washer. I liked the feature and it worked great until one day (less than two years old) it started banging and rocking during the spin cycle. Getting Samsung support and their Local service company never happened as they could not get organized. After a week, I went with a local company. Bottom line, the Control board and motor were bad. $550 in parts alone + tax and shipping. If I had them repair it, it would have been $750. Had to take it to the curb.

This is disgraceful SAMSUNG MALAYSIA!

I hope Korea sends a high powered team over to Malaysia to conduct a comprehensive due diligence and investigation on your processes!

Come March 8th 2019, it will mark five years since Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 (9M-MRO) disappeared.

Five years, since I was alerted while in the UK, that several of my very close friends and others, had not come home.

Five years since my daughter, then reading law in the United Kingdom was terrified enough asking me to postpone my flight back to Malaysia in the wake of this missing flight,
controversies, double talk and the mysteries surrounding it!

Five years, since we set up the International Intelligence Task force 370 (IIT370) comprising of experts in several fields from over 8 countries to network using our personal finances to get at the truth!

And five years, where all of us are struggling to come to grips of this tragedy and to seek answers.

Five years of roller-coaster mysteries, myths, claims, counter-claims, projections, counter-projections and worst of all, super-bickering, vulgarities and attacks against us in the social media platforms by trolls!

All things unpleasant, which included threats, defamation, a highly financed and launched series of fake news and trial by media on Commander Zaharie Ahmad Shah!

In these five years, we have seen so many pretenders all claiming to serve the cause.

In these five years, some have started running unregistered NGOs and making speeches in Malaysia over MH370 and elsewhere, while going on vulgar and vitriolic attacks on the Malaysian leadership and us.

In the five years, debris collectors have not handed over all that was acquired in the early days under various pretenses and those handed recycled from allegedly old finds!

Some were handed over to the Malaysian authorities and others still retained illegally by these groups and individuals who do not have the legal right to withhold information.

These individuals, I am advised, are Australians and we hold the Australian government responsible to see that the alleged debris – MH370 passengers’ possessions and items – are returned to us so that we can address and attempt to piece together what really happened, if indeed there is still a political will to do so?

I have always raised in these five years the need to question those claiming to have found these items and ask them to make affidavits as to how, where, why and by what means they were acquired.

Was there any financial impropriety involved in these exchanges?

There seem to be far too many secrets here.

For far too long, we have allowed these third parties to run wild managing this narrative instead of us Malaysians doing it.

Also, in these five years for some strange reason, we are told that a site in Perth will honor the 239 people on board when the plane went missing in 2014 and recognize Australia’s role in the failed recovery mission, which after strong rebuke from several quarters and this writer it was rightly abandoned!.

I have always stated that the missing aircraft belongs to Malaysia, the crew is ours, legally and otherwise and even international law points that it is our responsibility – not Australia’s.

As we approach five years, I am also concerned that despite two failed and unsuccessful investigation at the South Indian Ocean, policymakers have being rather recalcitrant at looking at other sites of interests, in view early 2014 eyewitness accounts and collaboration of evidence all pointing to an area closer to the North Indian Ocean, the Sumatran and Andaman waters!

Rather than walking away from one’s responsibility or saying that one needs “credible evidence” before embarking on a new investigation should there not be a duty of care to extend support to investigate and organize site visits to these areas of interest as well?

In the interest of public and international safety and branding, both that of Malaysian Airlines and Boeing, it is only appropriate that all options be on the table!

There is no doubt it is here that again, after the 2014 initial crisis management, communication and handling of the narratives fiasco, we have failed!

But it is not too late to do what is right and appropriate, which is to visit these sites of interest, in view recent updates and eyewitnesses account!
