I am told that these parting words are ascribed to you on that tragic morning forensic data when you commanded MH370 (9M-MRO).
‘Good night, Malaysian three seven zero’ – transmitted as the plane left Malaysian airspace and was about to enter that of Vietnam at 1.19am on March 8?
I am sure you never expected what was to come next as did all those bound for Beijing!
Neither did those waiting for the aircraft to land in Beijing for their loved ones and others interested in whatever was in the cargo haul?
But inexplicably, something did happen that incapacitated that aircraft under your command and eventually all of you?
And I know your first instinct was the safety of all on board!
You were always a super caring and sensitive individual who respected and valued others!
Perhaps, you were unaware that morning March 8th 2014, that there could be more at play here than you or that matter anyone can ever imagine, even those who read novels by the late Tom Clancy?
But did whatever that happened create all kinds of major systems malfunction?
Did you have severe limitation of the control of the cockpit instrumentation and other malfunctions that threatened, which includes autopilot?
You must have been trying to land the aircraft in Penang?
After all, you are very well versed with Penang and the area surrounding.
For the record, Penang is one of the major airports in Malaysia where the Boeing 777 can operate from without any doubt!
And I am certain the data produced in some flight charts by certain shenanigans perhaps working ‘dark’ claiming 9M-MRO was at a certain height high up, is rubbish but they fit the script of ‘diversion and distraction’, no doubt, so that we will never look for an aircraft “just at our backyard?”
It is a pity you are not here to confirm that the flight was without autopilot.
It is a pity again because I could have asked you how it was possible to fly 7 hours until fuel exhaustion when I think both Faruq and you were already incapacitated with a ‘last stand’ taken close to Penang with very much earlier the autopilot function totally ineffective?
You know Zaharie, we have the testimony of several eyewitnesses after the turn back alleging seeing MH370 (9M-MRO) at various places ‘flying low’ – and a group who claim witnessing it crashing in an area in north Sumatra!
They gave me the ordinance and GPS readings.
They do not look to be mentally challenged individuals!
My friend, I am trying my very best to secure a parallel search here as we both know you are not at the SIO!
Just a little while longer and that I believe will become fact!
But the reach and voice of the shenanigans ‘ganging up’ are far greater than mine, my brother.

It will be sometime my friend before we have someone with the kind of vision and experience of more than three decades, having flown Boeing 737s, Fokker F50s and Airbus A300s for the airline indulging the things simple like you did.
Someone with an admirable 18,365 flying hours under his belt, and was an experienced captain too!
